Sabrina Carpenter put the Espresso in espresso martini last night, when she and beau Barry Keoghan enjoyed a date night at London’s Chiltern Firehouse.
The duo arrived in style for a 10 p.m. dinner at the London hotspot. (She’s working late, ’cause she’s a singer, obviously.) While some like to dress up for the occasion, the young couple kept their looks on the lowkey side, with Carpenter opting to revive some of last year’s biggest trends.
As many recall, 2023 was the year of the bow; Sabrina Carpenter is making the case for keeping it around in 2024. The Please, Please, Please singer donned a pistachio green tank top with a pink satin bow knotted at her collarbone. The cutesy shirt—complete with rhinestone embellishments on the collar—was made in collaboration between Sandy Liang, the New York City Ballet, and Marc Jacobs’s Heaven.
Carpenter created some tension in her outfit by pairing her saccharine shirt with tougher pieces. She wore low-rise jeans (another recent, deeply contentious trend) with rips in both knees, a pair of lug-sole black boots, and a black leather jacket. Going for a third trendy item, she accessorized with a pair of geek-chic glasses with thick black frames from Guizio x Quay. Matching her pale pink bow, she carried a Louis Vuitton Speedy Bandoulière 20.
Like Carpenter, Keoghan also opted for a leather jacket for their evening out. Over a black T-shirt, he wore a black leather jacket with white contrast piping and black-and-white striped detailing on the sleeves, collar, and hem. You know what they say: couples that match together, stay together!
