Moment UK rioters demand drivers reveal if they are ‘white and English’ during violent protest

Rioters in the United Kingdom were seen confronting drivers to see if they were “white and English” before letting them pass through a protest in the wake of the stabbing rampage in southern England that killed three young girls in a dance class.

“Are you English? Are you white?” one rioter can be heard shouting at a car as hundreds of protesters marched with anti-immigration groups in the town of Middlesbrough on Sunday.

As the unsettling footage continues, another person can be heard shouting back, “Yes, he is!”

Video captured right-wing protesters confronting drivers to see if they were “white and English” in England.

Two cars can then be seen narrowly avoiding crashing into each other as they speed away from the chaotic scene, prompting one of the rioters to whine that they were “almost run over.”

Middlesbrough was the epicenter of violence on Sunday, with at least 43 people arrested as a result, according to Cleveland police, which covers the town.

Police said the violence ended early Monday but that officers would remain “throughout the night and into tomorrow and the coming days, to provide reassurance and be on hand to respond to any concerns from the public.”

Violence has run rampant across England over the past week as far-right agitators tap into concerns about immigration in the UK by spreading false rumors that the suspect in the dance class stabbing attack was an asylum seeker.

Forceful agitators torched a library, attacked mosques and threw flares at a statue of wartime leader Winston Churchhill. At least 10 cops were hurt during an attack on a hotel in Rotherham on Sunday, officials said.

The attack, which killed three young girls at a Taylor Swift-themed dance and yoga workshop in Southport, was carried out by 17-year-old Axel Rudakubana, born in Wales to Rwandan parents.

At least 43 people were arrested during the chaos, police said.

While suspects under the age of 18 are not usually named in the UK, Rudakubana was identified in hopes of halting the spread of misinformation.

He has been charged with three counts of murder and 10 counts of attempted murder.
