Reckless Tube passengers were caught putting their lives at risk after they were spotted sitting beyond the yellow line at an Underground station.
Two people were seen waiting for the Tube at Bethnal Green station in east London when they opted for an unusual and dangerous place to perch themselves.
Footage captured on Thursday shows the pair dangling their feet above the tracks before the other passenger jumps on the tracks, leaning on the platform which came up to their armpit.
A TfL spokesperson told Metro: ‘This is a reckless and illegal thing to do. Not only are trespassers disregarding their own safety, but they are also putting others at risk.
‘The British Transport Police had been made aware of the incident and is currently investigating.’
Meanwhile, the wave of Tube strikes has been partially called off after RMT decided to scrap its share of the industrial action.
However, the strike by Aslef will still go ahead and it will hamper Tube travel on Thursday and next Tuesday.

London bus station to close for weeks after fatality
Walthamstow bus station is set to close for weeks leading up to Christmas after concerns over pedestrian deaths and serious incidents.

In December last year, Grace Mecaley, 74, was killed when she was hit by a bus while others were injured, leading to calls for improvement at the junction, the Standard reports.
Now the transport hub is due for an upgrade, including two pedestrian crossings with traffic lights and an improved connection to the high street which boasts the local market.
The station will be shut from November 8 until December 20.
Leader of the City Hall Conservatives, Neil Garratt, asked the Mayor Sadiq Khan further details of Mecaley’s death, suggesting that it was ‘ accident waiting to happen,’ the outlet reports.
