Accountancy and business advisory firm BDO has announced two new partner appointments in its UK wing. Emma Hosking-Williams and Stuart Macdougall bring a combined 36 years of knowhow to the firm

Emma Hosking-Williams joins BDO as a partner in the private capital tax team, in the firm’s London office. Her expertise includes working with ultra-high net worth individuals, family businesses, trust and corporate service providers and large multinationals, offering bespoke, holistic advice.
Hosking-Williams was most recently at EY. She was a partner at the Big Four firm, also based in London.
Stuart Macdougall also brings Big Four pedigree to BDO, having spent 17 years of his 20-year career with PwC. He worked as a chartered accountant at the firm, before joining Saffery for the past two years as a partner.
Based in BDO’s Glasgow wing, he specialises in ESG, and in working with entrepreneurs, private equity-backed companies and large international groups. In his time at Saffery, Macdougall previously led the entrepreneur national practice group.
