Insurance and financial services consulting expert Kim Gray has joined Cynozure’s advisory board. Prior to this role, she served as a leader with NTT Data UK.
Jason Foster, CEO of Cynozure, commented on the appointment, “We are excited to welcome Kim to our Advisory Board. Her deep knowledge and experience in the financial services and insurance industries, combined with her proven track record in consulting and diversity initiatives, make her a perfect fit for our team. Her insights and leadership will be invaluable as we continue to expand our presence in these sectors to drive meaningful impact for our clients through the use of data and AI.”
Cynozure is one of the UK’s fastest growing consultancies, having been named on The Sunday Times’ fastest-growing private companies in both 2023 and 2022. The firm also ranks among the UK’s leading data science consulting firms.
Kim Gray joins the firm’s advisory board as Cynozure looks to build on that momentum. With a career spanning over 45 years, she brings significant experience growing consulting firms by serving clients across the financial services, insurance, and investment banking sectors.
Most recently, Gray was head of the insurance business unit and diversity and inclusion at IT services company NTT DATA UK. Earlier in her career, she also held senior roles with Capgemini and BAE Systems Detica’s commercial business. She is currently a non-executive director for Primis-Talent and Eames Group – a role she will maintain alongside her position with Cynozure.
Speaking on her new role, Gray added, “Cynozure’s expertise in advising financial services and insurance firms aligns nicely with my background. I am delighted to work with a team that is dedicated to leveraging data for transformative business outcomes, particularly in industries that are currently undergoing massive changes through the use of AI.”
