What time does Arsenal vs. Liverpool kick off in UK?

This Premier League clash takes place at the Emirates Stadium in London, United Kingdom and kicks off on Sunday, October 27 at 4:30 p.m. local time.

Arsenal vs. Liverpool predicted lineups, team news

Arsenal were dealt another major injury scare after Riccardo Calafiori hobbled off in their UEFA Champions League 1-0 win over Shakhtar Donetsk.

The versatile defender appeared to twist his knee and Mikel Arteta said he “didn’t know” how serious the injury would be.

But with Arsenal already without Jurrien Timber and captain Martin Odegaard, while Bukayo Saka is still trying to recover from a hamstring injury, Arteta’s options look thin on the ground for this weekend’s game. Raheem Sterling and Leandro Trossard will be the main contenders to feature on the right wing.

William Saliba is suspended for the clash with Liverpool after being sent off in Arsenal’s defeat to Bournemouth last weekend.

Arsenal predicted XI (4-3-3, right to left): Raya (GK) — White, Gabriel, Kiwior, Zinchenko — Rice, Merino, Partey — Sterling, Havertz, Martinelli

Injured: Timber, Odegaard, Calafiori (doubt), Saka (doubt)
Suspended: Saliba

Slot doesn’t have as many injuries to worry about, altough Diogo Jota missed their Champions League clash in Leipzig, after coming off early in the 2-1 win over Chelsea last weekend. The Reds boss described his forward’s injury as “difficult to judge”, giving little away.

Liverpool’s other issues concern right-back Conor Bradley and winger Federico Chiesa, as well as goalkeeper Alisson, who is out for a few weeks with a hamstring injury.

Andy Robertson and matchwinner Curtis Jones each dropped to the bench following the Chelsea match for Wednesday’s UEFA Champions League win at RB Leipzig and each should return.

Liverpool predicted XI (4-3-3, right to left): Kelleher (GK) — Alexander-Arnold, Konate, Van Dijk, Robertson — Jones, Gravenberch, Szoboszlai — Salah, Nunez, Gakpo

Injured: Elliott, Bradley, Alisson, Chiesa, Jota (doubt)
Suspended: None

Arsenal vs. Liverpool Prediction

Arsenal have won their last two Premier League games at home against Liverpool and are unbeaten in their last four league games against The Reds.

Liverpool have been nearly flawless this season, while Arsenal have shown signs of vulnerability in recent matches. With the Gunners missing some key players, the Reds are poised to win this encounter, though it’s likely to be a close contest.

  • Prediction: Arsenal 1-2 Liverpool
