Barcelona face Real Sociedad this weekend in their final game before the November international break.
Hansi Flick’s side have won all but one of their first 12 La Liga matches of the season as part of a remarkable run of form in all competitions.
Their 5-2 thrashing of Red Star Belgrade in the UEFA Champions League this week saw them set a club record of 55 goals scored in their first 16 games of a season across all competitions.
The spectacular individual performances of former Leeds United man Raphinha, coupled with the ruthlessness of Robert Lewandowski and the generational talent that is Lamine Yamal, have made Barca appear almost unstoppable.
Up next are a Real Sociedad side who have endured a tough start to 2024/25 and have not beaten the Catalans at home since 2016. That said, the Reale Arena has not always been kind to the Blaugrana, and their shock 4-2 defeat to Osasuna earlier this season did at least prove that they can be vulnerable.
The good news for fans in the UK is that this match will be free to watch.
