The final day of the 2023/24 Premier League season sees all 20 teams in action on a packed schedule of action as the campaign wraps up.
Ahead of a huge set of games, the main focus will be on the title race, as Manchester City and Arsenal take their battle for the Premier League crown to the final game.
Defending champions City have a two-point lead at the top, as they host West Ham, and a home win would seal a record-breaking fourth successive Premier League title. Defeat or a draw for Pep Guardiola will let Arsenal snatch the title, but only if they win at home to Everton.
