Former Manchester United captain Harry Maguire is a rumoured transfer option for Serie A giants Napoli.
Antonio Conte is planning a defensive revamp in Naples in the 2025 with new faces expected to arrive at the club in January to bolster their title challenge.
Maguire faces an uncertain future at Old Trafford with former Red Devils boss Erik ten Hag openly stating he would consider selling the England international.

New head coach Ruben Amorim has been more pragmatic over the situation, with the Portuguese boss stating the experienced centre-back is a valuable squad option, but he is likely to mirror Ten Hag’s openness to a sale.
As per reports from The Athletic, Napoli are eyeing up the 31-year-old as a cut-price option, due to his expiring contract in Manchester.
Harry Maguire’s Man United contract, transfer value
Maguire’s current deal at United expires at the end of the season with no current talks over an extension.
However, the current contract does include a clause to extend his link to the club to 2026, which both Maguire and previously Ten Hag, have indicated could be activated if there was a lack of new defenders incoming.
Amorim is expected to bring in new players in both January, and next summer, as part of his plan to rebuild the squad.
Napoli could make a transfer offer for Maguire in January, to avoid losing out to Premier League interest in him in June, with his current value set at around £13m ($16m).
