Progeny of the sire Mehmas have a good record in nursery company on the all-weather, landing 23 of their 129 starts (17.8% strike-rate) for a profit of £81.54 to a £1 level stake at SP (expected winners = 16.18, A/E = 1.42). SAYTARR has shown promise in maiden/novice company on turf, including when keeping on into a 12-1 third at Ffos Las on his latest start. The switch to handicap company could bring about improvement and he’s worth chancing at what should be a decent price (he’s forecast to start at 10-1).
